Shelby was crowned Mrs. USA Earth while representing North Carolina at the 2019 national pageant in Washington, DC. She resides in Charlotte with her husband Rickey and two children.

Shelby received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and currently works as a Web Content Developer for a multinational financial services company. As a former NBA and NFL performer, she is now the co-owner of Pro Force Entertainment.

Shelby will represent the USA at international competition.
