COVID-19 NEGATIVE TEST REQUIREMENTS. Policy for Guests attending the Gala & New Year's Party: Provide proof of negative Antigen or PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival. If a guest is unable to provide proof of this test, he/she will be allowed to attend the event but will not be permitted to access certain areas of the event, including but not limited to the dance floor. You will also be asked to wear your facemask at all times. If you would like to have a COVID test administered at the Rosen Centre Hotel upon your arrival, in order to clear you for a negative COVID test, we can administer that test for $75. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your test at least 4 hours in advance. This testing policy does NOT APPLY TO SHOW TICKET SALES, only for the Charity Gala and New Year's party.
This event does NOT REQUIRE A TICKET PURCHASE for delegates who are in good standing, in all divisions Mrs, Teen, Miss, and Junior Ambassadors.
Desserts, sodas and water provided to all ticket holders.
Face masks are required upon arrival and while on the dance floor.
