Miss Earth Air Headlines New York Fashion Week at HiTech MODA

New York City, NY - On Saturday, February 8, New York Fashion Week kicked off including two shows featuring reigning Miss Earth Air Emanii Davis of Georgia. Davis was invited by the HiTech MODA show producers to take part in two highly anticipated shows at the National Geographic Encounter location in Times Square.
During the ReGen Runway Show, Davis modeled sustainable fashions and provided testimony on Australia koala rescue and rehabilitation efforts.

Emanii Davis of Georgia was crowned Miss Earth USA 2019 at the national competition held at the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. During October 2019, Davis represented the USA at the Miss Earth competition in the Philippines, where she earned the international title of Miss Earth Air 2019. She will serve in this title through fall 2020 under contract with the international office of Carousel Productions.
As one of four international representatives, Davis will have the opportunity to travel worldwide as a voice for environmentalism and representing the Miss Earth Organization. Davis, 26, a law program graduate of DePaul University, attends graduate school at Valdosta State University, pursuing a Master’s in School Counseling. She is co-chair of the Greenhouse Project and the founder of her own non-profit called Modern Enlightenment.
Celebrating its 20th year in 2020, Miss Earth is recognized as the most relevant beauty event in the world, featuring representatives from nearly 100 countries at its annual ceremonies promoting environmental awareness. National and USA state delegates dedicate their year to environmentalism and ecotourism in their communities. The USA national contest to select the 2020 titleholders will take place on July 18 in Las Vegas.
