Miss Earth USA awards the national court with elemental titles, including photography, national sash and crown. The court works together throughout the year to support one another's charitable campaigns and highlight sponsors. Additional opportunities arise frequently for the elemental court including sponsored photo shoots, media interviews, and attending state pageants. Elemental queens are invited to return to compete for Miss Earth USA with a waived national entry fee.

Alyssa graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Communication Arts Degree, and double minor in Business Administration and Sociology from Western State Colorado University. She works as a Personal Trainer, Youth Volleyball Coach, and Commercial, Print, and Promotional Model. Her goal is to build fearless and confident leaders in female youth sports, the fitness industry, and nonprofit sector. One of her most recent community activities included recycling and repurposing 7,500+ clean, plastic grocery bags with volunteers across Colorado by crocheting them into sleeping mats for individuals experiencing homelessness. Alyssa is a former NCAA Volleyball athlete and an athletic scholarship recipient. She has volunteered for Food Bank of the Rockies, Race for the Cure and City Park Cleanup. She also initiated and conducted a cleanup in Downtown Denver and distributed seedling and garden boxes with Denver Urban Gardens.

C’yana is a commercial model and a student at Towson University studying Digital Art and Design with concentrations in animation, illustration, graphic design, and web design. As she plans for a career in Digital Media, she strongly believes the arts are essential to our everyday living and can initiate a larger wave for change environmentally, socially, and economically. She is a former president of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and was named Lady Hawks Dance Team Rookie of the Year. C’yana says the biggest jump she has made to decrease her carbon footprint is switching from a gas-fueled vehicle to a hybrid. She has been a proud member of the Goodie Girl Bags Nonprofit Organization since 2017, where she has helped create and distribute bags filled with essential eco-friendly necessities for women in need. They include hygiene, recycled bras, self exam cards and affirmations. They have proudly distributed over 3,000 goodie bags to date. Outside of school, C’yana is involved in National Society and her school’s Dance Team.

Kennedy is currently an entrepreneur and full time student attending Oglethorpe University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She plans to further her education by obtaining a doctorate degree of medicine with an intent to focus on biomedical research. She says the three most memorable trips she has ever been on is Egypt, Hawaii and Alaska. Kennedy implemented a plastic recycling initiative on the campus of her University. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and has volunteered for several organized park clean-ups. In 2012, she founded the non-profit organization Hearts for Barks Animal Human Association to raise awareness and funding for abused and abandoned animals. When asked who she admires most, Kennedy says she looks up to any woman wanting to excel in the studies of STEM and change the career field to be gender equal.
